The bags are handmade by women in Kathmandu. The material is 100% pure new wool from New Zealand. The bags are felted and the pattern is created using the needle felting technique.

Wool is a pure natural material and can therefore both stretch and change
shape. We therefore recommend not carrying too much so that the handle is stretched,
or fill so much that the bag bulges out, then you will get a bag with a bulge
stomach.

Maintenance:
Wool is self-cleaning to a certain extent. Stains can be removed with a cloth
and mild soapy water and we also recommend vacuuming the bag.
